The District of Highlands Council hereby gives Notice that Development Permit with Variance (DVP-01-26) for 2015 Millstream Road will be considered at the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday September 8, 2026 at 7:00 pm at Highlands Community Hall (729 Finlayson Arm Road).
PURPOSE: To construct a silo 33m (108 feet) high instead of 25m (82 feet) high as permitted by the Zoning Bylaw. The silo is part of a proposed concrete plant consistent with the zoning. Please see Site Plan and Location Map.
SUBJECT LOCATION: Civic address: 2015 Millstream Road; Legal description: LOT A SECTION 4 RANGE 3 WEST HIGHLAND DISTRICT PLAN EPP40071. Parcel Identification: 029-384-729. Denoted by red line on the Location Map.
INSPECTION OF MATERIAL: Copies of the related materials can be viewed HERE or at the District of Highlands Office (1980 Millstream Road) between August 27 – September 8, 2026, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
