2026 General Local Elections
General local elections in B.C. are are held every four years on the third Saturday in October. The next general local election will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
There will be multiple voting opportunities for the 2026 General Local Election as follows:
- Advance Voting 1 - October 7, 2026 - Highlands Fire Department (East Fire Hall), 3613 Woodridge Place, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Advance Voting 2 - October 14, 2026 - Highlands Community Hall, 729 Finlayson Arm Road, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- General Voting Day - October 17, 2026 - Highlands Community Hall, 729 Finlayson Arm Road, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
