Public Hearing Materials for Inspection - Limits to Principal Dwelling Size

Notice is hereby given under the authority of the Local Government Act that all persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by proposed “Highlands Zoning Bylaw No. 100, 1998, Amendment No. 47, (Limits to Principal Dwelling Unit Size) Bylaw No. 484, 2026” will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the proposed Bylaw.

Inspection of Materials:

Copies of the proposed bylaw and related materials can be viewed HERE or in person at the District of Highlands Municipal Office, 1980 Millstream Road, Victoria, BC, from Monday, May 4th to Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).
