Municipalities in British Columbia are required to produce an annual report that outlines their goals, progress, and financial status. This report must be made public before June 30th each year, and include details on the past year's services and operations, as well as the upcoming year's objectives and how progress will be measured. '
The District of Highlands 2024 Annual Report was approved by Council at the June 16, 2025 Regular Meeting.
