Council meetings will be held electronically using the “Zoom” platform. Members of the public wishing to attend electronically are invited to join the electronic meeting using the link provided above.
Alternatively, members of the public wishing to attend a facility, in person, are invited to the Community Hall located at 729 Finlayson Arm Road, where they will be able to hear the electronic meeting taking place.

RE:  REQUEST FOR LETTER OF SUPPORT - INVASIVE SPECIES DEMONSTRATION
Recommendation:
That Council direct staff to provide a letter of support to the Habitat Conservation Trust Foundation for the CRD’s and Dr. Tarasoff’s yellow flag iris control workshop in general and in the District of Highlands.

RE:  CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING(S) WITHOUT PERMITS – 646 GOWLLAND ROAD
Recommendation:
That the Corporate Officer of the District of Highlands file a Notice with the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC stating that a Resolution has been made under Section 57 of the Community Charter by Council relating to the property legally described as Lot B, Section 30, Highland District Plan VIP76070, Parcel Identifier 025-796-691 having a civic address of 646 Gowlland Road, and that further information respecting the Resolution may be inspected at the District Office during regular office hours.
