Recommendation:

1.    That “Council Procedure Bylaw No. 251, 2005, Amendment No. 3, Bylaw No. 433, 2021” be introduced and read a first time.
2.    That “Council Procedure Bylaw No. 251, 2005, Amendment No. 3, Bylaw No. 433, 2021” be read a second time.
3.    That “Council Procedure Bylaw No. 251, 2005, Amendment No. 3, Bylaw No. 433, 2021” be read a third time; and that a Special Council meeting be scheduled for Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., at the Community Hall, to consider adoption of the bylaw.
