NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC COUNCIL MEETING

Council meetings will be held electronically. It is possible for the District to invite people to attend the meeting electronically using the Application “Zoom”. If you would be interested in attending the Council meeting, please contact the District directly, prior to 12:00 noon on the meeting day at: firstname.lastname@example.org and staff will inform how this will occur. Although it is possible for members of the public to ‘attend’ a Council meeting electronically, we would encourage you to communicate with Council by forwarding any comments regarding an agenda item in writing via email to: email@example.com or via Canada Post – District of Highlands, 1980 Millstream Road, Victoria, BC V9B 6H1 or by dropping your comments in the mail slot available at the District Office.

RE: FINANCIAL PLAN REVIEW SCHEDULE
Recommendation: That Council approve the Financial Plan Review Process Schedule and direct staff to give notice to District Committees and the public to enable public participation and consultation.
